Bikini Competition Transformation

This ‪Transformation‬ Tuesday goes to Miss Wendy. She came to me wanting to do a competition already having lost a bit of weight and ready to ‪turn it up! We worked together for 20+ weeks maintaining her diet and trusting me with even her high carb days;) This was her first show and she's hungry for more! Im so so proud of her commitment to the process and excited for this year! 2015 Oregon State here we come baby!:)
