My focus as a trainer is functionality and sustainability. The purpose of exercise is to maintain your bodies ability not just to keep up but to excel at everyday physical demands as well as any extracurricular goals, for as long as possible. I use my knowledge to strengthen and empower people, not just physically but mentally, as they gain confidence in themselves and their abilities.

 

My wide range of experience with individuals and teams has provided me the knowledge to design wellness programs that will not only be effective but maintainable for a healthy LIFESTYLE.  I will help keep you on track and accountable to your goals, getting you there the most efficient and safest way possible, whatever they may be.
