Homemade Ginger Pre-workout Shake

Just found my new fav preworkout! Time to HIIT it up at class this morning
Vanilla Ginger Pre-workout Shake:
1 cup coffee 1 scoop vital proteins collagen 1/2 scoop bodylogix vanilla 1 tsp raw organic #maca 1 tsp dagoba cacao powder 2 pinches of cinnamon Splash of ginger juice Pinch of cayenne Add water to desired intensity:)
