Just found my new fav preworkout! Time to HIIT it up at class this morning

Vanilla Ginger Pre-workout Shake:

1 cup coffee 1 scoop ‪‎vital proteins‬ collagen 1/2 scoop ‪‎bodylogix‬ vanilla 1 tsp raw organic ‪#‎maca‬ 1 tsp ‪dagoba‬ cacao powder 2 pinches of cinnamon Splash of ginger juice Pinch of cayenne Add water to desired intensity:)

*All natural ingredients, no preservatives, chemicals or artificial sweeteners!
