Found a great recipe for protein pancakes!!
🔹2/3 cup egg whites
🔹2/3 cup low fat cottage cheese
🔹1 scoop protein powder
🔹1 TBSP coconut flour
🔹1/4 tsp salt
🔹1/4 tsp baking soda
🔹Opt: lemon extract, cinnamon, almond extract
Perfect texture and amazing flavor!! My new go-to for sure! Each pancake has 8gP/1.5gC/.5gF. Can't beat those macros.
